Adults

At Ever Counseling, I'm here to support you through life’s challenges—whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed. Reaching out for help can be difficult, and I want you to know you don’t have to face things alone.

My role is to help you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns—especially the ones that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we look at how your past experiences, current stressors, and internal dialogue shape the way you respond to situations. Often, therapy involves uncovering underlying beliefs or emotional patterns that aren’t immediately obvious but have a strong influence on your day-to-day life.

My approach draws from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other insight-oriented approaches. That means we balance practical tools—like learning how to manage overwhelming thoughts or regulate emotions—with deeper reflection that helps you better understand yourself.

Children and Adolescents

In my work with children and adolescents, I create a safe, supportive environment where young people can express themselves in ways that feel natural to them. Many kids and teens come to therapy because they’re struggling with things like anxiety, mood changes, behavior challenges, school stress, or difficulties with peers or family.

My role is to help them understand and navigate their emotions while also building practical skills they can use in everyday life. With adolescents, therapy may look more like conversation, while still focusing on helping them feel heard, respected, and understood.

I draw from evidence-based approaches grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other age-appropriate methods. This might involve helping them learn how to manage strong emotions, cope with anxiety, improve problem-solving skills, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding.

I also work collaboratively with parents or caregivers because support at home is important.

Couples

In couples counseling, I work with both partners to better understand the patterns in their relationship—especially the ones that lead to conflict, distance, or frustration. My role isn’t to take sides or decide who’s right or wrong. Instead, I help you slow things down and really hear each other in a way that’s often hard to do on your own.

Together, we look at how you communicate, how you respond to each other emotionally, and what might be happening underneath the surface of recurring issues. Often, the arguments couples have aren’t just about the topic at hand—they’re connected to deeper needs, fears, or unmet expectations.

I draw from methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman Method. That means we focus both on emotional connection and on practical tools—like how to communicate more clearly, manage conflict more effectively, and rebuild trust when it's been damaged.

Who I am

I partner with adults, adolescents, and couples to build skills that increase a sense of control, resilience, and overall well-being. Since 2009, I’ve worked from a family systems perspective, supporting adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence. I also have extensive experience working with children, teens, and families facing ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and executive functioning challenges. With couples, I focus on strengthening emotional regulation and communication to help partners reconnect and work through difficulties more effectively.
My approach is client-centered, grounded in evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, with dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills and mindfulness woven throughout. I’m especially passionate about helping clients develop practical, real-life strategies to manage emotions and improve functioning.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I'm here to support you.
